Inés joined the European Social Network as a Junior Policy Officer in April 2025.
Prior to joining the team, she worked at the European Commission in the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, where she monitored the implementation of the European Social Fund+ and the European Child Guarantee in Spain. Before that, she worked for 3 years in the private, public and civil society sectors in projects fostering social inclusion and social justice, building partnerships to improve the access to quality education of children in Latin America and worked in advocating for children rights through the United Nations Human Rights System.
Passionate as she is about children rights and the European project, she volunteered for 2 years with Save the Children Spain with children at risk of poverty and social exclusion and joined a European Youth Association where she coordinated different advocacy projects in human rights, mental health and sustainability.
Inés holds a Master's Degree in European Public Affairs by the University of Maastricht (The Netherlands) and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations by the Ramon Llull University (Spain).
In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, biking, baking and travelling.
