Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Université libre de Bruxelles.

She has a strong interest in equity and professional development and has conducted research on access to training in the Belgian public sector.

Her previous experience in the private sector includes roles in HR and administration, where she has developed a solid expertise.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys staying active as part of a women’s football team. She is also passionate about cinema and loves exploring new destinations.
