Małgorzata Tyczka joined the European Social Network in November 2025 as a Project Assistant. She holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in European Law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, where she graduated with the highest possible grades. She also studied at the Université de Strasbourg, France, and Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, Germany.
Before joining ESN, Małgorzata worked as a Legal Research Intern at the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre, contributing to global research on human rights, corporate accountability, and the just energy transition. She has also gained experience in the judiciary and private legal practice in Poland.
She speaks Polish and English fluently and is currently improving her French.
