Rebeca will be managing ESN participation in the Rural Care project. She is dedicated to the improvement of Social Services through social innovation and public-private collaboration; hence she manages projects that aim to increase social policy efficiency from a human-centred approach. Before joining ESN Rebeca worked in the EU Projects unit of the Social Services Public Administration of Castilla y León (Spain) and simultaneously manages the EAPN in the same region.

Rebeca is an Acumen Fellow as identity of her commitment with societal needs; holds an MA in International Trade and a BA in International Business Administration.

Outside ESN, Rebeca can be found enjoying nature, travelling or researching on social impact.
