Over the past two years, the European Social Network (ESN), has been holding workshops on the theme of vulnerable youth in Europe. Coming out of these two meetings, we have attempted to paint a picture of how life is for the most vulnerable young people in our societies, and what, through intersectorial cooperation, can be done to improve their life chances.
