Find practical guidelines, templates and other resources to help social services navigate EU funding and strengthen their capacity to develop, implement and manage funded projects. The section brings together relevant existing resources alongside materials developed through the ESF+ Social Services Hub.

Developed under the HELPDESK project, this toolkit brings together practical checklists, templates, and guidance to help social service providers and Managing Authorities navigate every stage of the EU funding cycle — from call design and applications through evaluation, budgeting, reporting, and long-term sustainability. It reflects input gathered from five social service sectors (child protection and families in poverty, work integration, persons with disabilities, poverty and homelessness, and older persons), and has been piloted in Sweden, Italy, the Czech Republic, Spain, and Belgium. Available in 10 languages.

Developed under the HELPDESK project, the booklet brings together practical advice and real-life examples to help social service organisations successfully apply for and manage EU-funded projects. It also provides inspiration for Managing Authorities on practices that can support high-quality social inclusion projects.
The booklet draws on experiences and feedback from social service organisations across six key areas, translated into practical advice and illustrated with examples of successful projects.
