The ESF+ Social Services Hub brings together resources, knowledge and opportunities to help social services understand and access European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) funding.
Developed jointly by the European Social Network (ESN), Caritas Europa, Eurodiaconia, and Solidar, the Hub builds on our organisations' shared experience supporting social services across Europe. It responds directly to challenges our members have told us they face: identifying relevant calls, navigating complex application processes, and finding the capacity and tools to compete for funding.
The Hub supports social services planners and providers in navigating ESF+ funding opportunities, understanding how EU funding can support social services, and strengthening their capacity to get involved in funded projects.
Through practical resources, funding information and learning opportunities, the Hub aims to make ESF+ funding more accessible and helps social services turn funding opportunities into action.

The Hub is a collaborative effort between four European networks working on social services:
- European Social Network (ESN)
- Caritas Europa
- Eurodiaconia
- Solidar
The ESF+ Social Services Hub aims to:
- Improve access to information on ESF+ funding opportunities relevant to social services.
- Build capacity among social service organisations to understand and engage with EU funding.
- Share practical resources and guidance to support organisations throughout the funding process.
- Promote learning and exchange between social service organisations and managing authorities
- Strengthen the involvement of social services in the design and implementation of EU-funded initiatives.
