The program supports municipalities in implementing the UN Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities (CRPD).

The main objective is the full enjoyment by persons with disabilities of their effective and equal inclusion and participation in the community, including the opportunity to choose their place of residence and access to support or assistance according to their needs.
